Yes we do, you can now get an eSIM straight away when you join SMARTY as a new customer.
Select ‘replacement SIM’ for your active SMARTY plan and choose eSIM. You will be sent an email with a QR code on which you need to scan. This will then download the profile onto your device and you can complete activation by entering the confirmation code from your dashboard. You will be walked through this short process step-by-step in the SMARTY app.

Yes, you can switch as normal, eSIM doesn’t require delivery so you’ll be better either choosing to keep your number or selecting a new one.
