SMARTY app: How to activate a SIM, check data, change plan and more

It’s easier than ever to manage everything you need from the new SMARTY app for iOS or Android. It's packed full of great features, you can:

Order and activate a SIM or eSIM

If you already have one of our SIMs, you can go ahead and follow the steps in this article to How to activate your SMARTY SIM. Not got a SIM yet? No need to worry, you can order one on the app and activate it when it arrives!

Check your data usage

The SMARTY app makes it easy to How to check your SMARTY data usage by logging into the app and heading to the Dashboard, so you can surf, chat, stream and more without losing track of how much of your data allowance you have left.

On a side note, we will also send you by text when you have used 80 or 100 percent of your data allowance, so you don’t have to worry about unexpectedly running out of data!

Renew, change or cancel your plan

When you have chosen a great value SMARTY plan, you will be able to manage it in our app. If you are happy with your monthly plan, you can set it up your plan to renew automatically. Alternatively, if you decide you want to change your plan, you can do that too, to make sure your SMARTY plan meets your needs.

You are also able to pause or cancel your plan if you want to leave SMARTY. Set-up and manage a SMARTY Group

We think grouping things together makes life that little bit simpler. The same goes for your mobile plans. There two types of Group plan both offering great savings and the ease of managing multiple mobile plans in one place; Everyone Unlimited or Mix and Match. Using the app you can create a group, invite new group members, order a SIM or eSIM, and easily manage the plans for each of your Group members.

Order a replacement SIM or switch to eSIM

If for any reason you need a new SIM you can order a new physical SIM or switch to eSIM for free easily using the app. Replace your SIM.
